  • How our product will change your engine.

    Our product is an electronic chip that utilizes programs in the ECM to in fact stops the EGR function. Now, with our chip plugged into the system you will see a big difference in the engine performance. You will see it stops the Hesitation, Surging, Coughing, Black Smoke. The engine will have less vibration. there will be more responsive power for the fact the turbo lag goes away. The Horse power increase will be around 75. (which is lost through EGR). A 5 to 7 pounds of oil pressure increase & cleaner oil. No engine light will produced from our chip. Also see a MPG Increase in most cases because of the fact the hotter energy burn and having to use less peddle to get the same effect as before. Engine runs cooler up to 20 degrees because there is not hot EGR flow going back through the engine as before. More mileage between oil changes for the fact of cleaner oil. You will notice that when shifting the engine fall slower and it is easer to get it into gear. Engine runs as pre EGR. Fits on 2003 through 2010 trucks with C ISX engines.

    Please keep in mind, this product will not fix a broken EGR valve. The valve must be working and clean (not stuck or sticking) in order for our product to work properly.

3 of 5 Question for a specific engine January 5, 2024

I haven’t been able to find a location where I could install this on my 2009 Freigthliner Columbia Detroit 60 Series engine after a while of searching for a place.
Can anyone confirm if it will fit on engine in the first place? And if it can do you have a specific location of where to install it?
Help would be much appreciated thank you.

So far our motorhome is running great and there is no more check engine light related to the EGR valve status. I also saw a small increase in the MPG over a 1600 mile trip.

Installed as directions stated, check engine light out. Shifting through gears under load truck smoked and coughed worse then ever CEL would come on and go off, finally stayed on….tremendous lack of power. Removed ugly fix, cycled ignition, CEL light out. Turned on ignition to power EGR closed disconnected EGR wire, truck runs great again…. however I have a CEL light due to EGR wire unhooked. The UGLY FIX did not work…. hoping for a refund.

This is the second truck I’ve purchased one of these for, I thought the other truck was a fluke when it’s not working after four or five days BUT it was not a fluke.   They were  more than happy to  provide a  refund though.   all in all,  don’t waste your time or  effort as it’s literally  a joke and a waste.
