Can a driver come by your business to get this installed? No. We do not install the chip. We have shops that do install our chip throughout the Charlotte area but with no affiliation with us. Does The Ugly Fix clear the existing EGR codes. No It won't, it will have to be cleared before the installation. Does the part come with directions? Yes. It come with installation instructions and a picture that points out the location of the chip on removal and placement.
