Question for a specific engine January 5, 2024 Reviewer: Batbayar Erdene from Elk Grove Village, IL United States   I haven’t been able to find a location where I could install this on my 2009 Freigthliner Columbia Detroit 60 Series engine after a while of searching for a place. Can anyone confirm if it will fit on engine in the first place? And if it can do you have a specific location of where to install it? Help would be much appreciated thank you. Ugly Fix October 10, 2023 Reviewer: Greg Jones from Gillette, WY United States   So far our motorhome is running great and there is no more check engine light related to the EGR valve status. I also saw a small increase in the MPG over a 1600 mile trip. Was this review helpful to you?

387 Pete with Cummins ISX Didn’t work. January 16, 2022 Reviewer: Jim Kennelly from Bonaparte, IA United States   Installed as directions stated, check engine light out. Shifting through gears under load truck smoked and coughed worse then ever CEL would come on and go off, finally stayed on….tremendous lack of power. Removed ugly fix, cycled ignition, CEL light out. Turned on ignition to power EGR closed disconnected EGR wire, truck runs great again…. however I have a CEL light due to EGR wire unhooked. The UGLY FIX did not work…. hoping for a refund. device just stops working November 24, 2020 Reviewer: Me from United States   This is the second truck I’ve purchased one of these for, I thought the other truck was a fluke when it’s not working after four or five days BUT it was not a fluke.   They were  more than happy to  provide a  refund though.   all in all,  don’t waste your time or  effort as it’s literally  a joke and a waste. product =  0/10 customer service  = 10/10 Was this review helpful to you?

Egr module for isx April 3, 2019 Reviewer: Terry Hamann from Hudson, WI United States   I’ve had 2 of these modules and both worked fine for a short time. When it operated correctly my fuel mileage increased from mid 5 to mid 6 mph. Very impressed but both only lasted approximately 3 months and then they stopped working. Reason I know is I ran a check on the computer and it would say that the egr was operating the way it should and not in the shut off position. Was this review helpful to you?

Ugly fix February 5, 2019 Reviewer: Jerry Freels from New Bremen, OH United States   It doesn't seem to be doing anything.  Since I installed it I have a check engine light.  When I get home this weekend iam going to take it off and see if the check engine light goes off. Ugly fix Isx Cummins November 11, 2018 Reviewer: Erich Finch from Lakeland, GA United States   So far so good had it about 2 weeks truck runs really good oil went from 39pds to 42pds. Fuel went up just a touch I get about 1400 on fill up when i was getting about 1200 to 1250. Water temp is down from 190 to 175, I was regening about ever 250 I’m at about 300 to 350. So it does work like it says. Now egr valve has to work! I repeat egr valve has to work before you put it on. I had to clean mine an after that no codes runs smooth down road an a lot quieter as well. Thanks for all your hard work to come up with something that works. Was this review helpful to you?
